Syrah is pre-fermented at a chilling 10°C for 24 hours. A classic vinification of 15 days for the Carignan. The Grenache is pre-fermented via cold then stomping of the grapes everyday for 15 days.
Tasting
Ruby colour. Dominante de red fruit aroma. Taste, elegant and integrating with notes of blackberries & kirsch.
Food and wine pairing
Ideal with dried meats, white meats, hard cheese... Serve at room temperature.
