After a manual selection, the grapes are destalked. Cold skin contact maceration (5°C) during 48 hours then fermentation of 10 days at 25°C then a further at 30°C throughout 5 to 10 days at the end of the fermentation . 2 stomping of the grapes morning and evening.
Deep red wine. Hints of spice. Generous palate with rich tannins combining hints of liquorice and cassis creating a sense of harmony sensations.

Ideal with grilled meats, lamb in spice... To drink at room temperature.
